I dont like the two poles.
Would crop them out. turn the shot into a portrait format not landscape..
Like the guys and mixing deck..

i like the colours on the poles ... but i kinda agree with A-H - they distract the attention a little bit

A portrait format would be nice indeed, but I think that it would also work if you crop the top of the image

I kinda like the poles.
They distract a little but they are colored in a nice gradient. Without them
the red would be too overwhelming for me.
(But then again, I am addicted to blue)

I don't have a problem with the poles - in fact it seems to me they hold the composition together... I'd maybe go with a tighter crop though, down a bit from the top and in a bit from the left - not much, just enough to tighten it all up a tad.
